What Edumagined connects to.
The Operating System for K-12 doesn't try to be everything. Edumagined ships native apps for the operational surfaces only it runs end-to-end (admissions, tuition, transport, finance, etc.) and integrates with best-in-class services your school already uses for payments, identity, classroom, and communication.
School-owned payment rails.
Payments route family → school's own bank account directly. No platform take rate on tuition, no held funds, no vendor in the middle of your AR.
Stripe Connect
School-owned Stripe Connect account routes tuition, auxiliary program payments, store purchases, and family-ledger top-ups directly family → school bank. Zero family transaction fees on tuition — the take rate that flows to FACTS / Blackbaud / Veracross today stays with the school.
Plaid
Instant bank account verification for ACH tuition payments — parents link their bank in one click instead of micro-deposit waits. Also powers staff direct-deposit setup for HR + Expenses reimbursement.
Federate with the classroom stack you already run.
Edumagined doesn't replace Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or your existing classroom investment. We federate identity, surface classroom data on the family record, and wrap the operational layer around it. Read the full Bring Your Own Classroom story →
Microsoft 365
Federated SSO for staff, students, and parents via Entra ID. Calendar + Outlook integration for term boundaries, meeting scheduling, parent-teacher conferences. Teams calls launched from CRM workflows. OneDrive for KB attachments + document storage.
Google Workspace
Federated SSO via Google for Education. Gmail + Calendar integration. Google Classroom data (assignments, grades) surfaces on the SIS family record. Drive for shared documents. Schools running Workspace keep it; Edumagined wraps operational data around it.
Reach parents and staff on the channels they actually use.
CRM automation flows and Help Center tickets route through whichever channel your families prefer. Inbound messages return to one unified queue tied to the family record.
Twilio
School-owned phone number for outbound SMS (CRM automation flows: tuition reminders, enrollment confirmations, weather closures) and inbound SMS (Help Center tickets, opt-in for two-way parent messaging). Auditable, FERPA-aware.
Configurable SMTP
Bring your own sending domain. Transactional email (receipts, statements, decision letters), CRM campaign delivery, and Help Center email channel all route through your configured SMTP. Replies thread back to the originating ticket or workflow.
WhatsApp Business
Inbound WhatsApp messages route into Help Center as tickets — the channel parents in Catholic, Islamic, Christian, and Saudi communities actually use. Replaces the random WhatsApp groups admins are juggling today with one auditable inbox.
Zoom
Parent-teacher conferences, board meetings, virtual classes, and admissions tours launched from Edumagined with the family + staff records pre-attached. Meeting links auto-generated from CRM workflows and Help Center tickets.
The OS is the orchestration layer, not the lock-in.
Most legacy K-12 vendors try to own every surface — their own payment processor, their own video tool, their own email engine — and charge a take rate on each. The result is schools paying a margin to their SIS vendor for things the school could get cheaper, better, or for free elsewhere.
Edumagined is built the other way. The OS is honest about what only it runs end-to-end (the family record, the operational apps, the back-office close) and connects to best-in-class services for everything else — with the school owning each integration directly.
The school's Stripe account is the school's. The school's Microsoft tenant is the school's. The school's Twilio number is the school's. Edumagined orchestrates — we don't intermediate.
